My husband and I lived here for a year and we had a great experience! We had a job opportunity come up for my husband and we left earlier then we thought we would but Makayla was amazing and made our move out experience wonderful! The home was perfect for our family and we loved living in such a beautiful community! The maintenance team always made sure any issues we had were taken care of right away! We appreciate everything the community had to offer and will miss calling Shearwater our home!
Staff are kind and friendly, community amenities are beautiful, and the people in the community are also kind and friendly.
Since day 1, All the team, Jonathan, Cristina, Mikayla, Mike and Ray took care of us with a smile on their faces and in a professional way. The service request I put, has been completed in a timely manner, Ray came, he’s been very attentive and took care of it, service has been above and beyond. Thank you so much guys!! You have a very happy tenant here!!!
