I've called 15 Cliff home for the past 11 years. Yes, the building has long struggled with elevator issues and been unprofessionally managed by Brookfield but I want to recognize the incredible people who make living here so much better. Fernando, our Service Supervisor, is outstanding. Whenever something needs fixing, he responds quickly and gets the job done right. He’s hardworking, knowledgeable, professional, and always approachable, no matter the situation. Residents and owners alike are lucky to have him.

Lived here for more than 15 years and still loving it, witnessed several renovations. In the last couple of years, one of the 2 elevators kept breaking down and out of service for months at a time. Finally fixed. The management tried its best to keep us informed. The building amenities, location, and maintenance are great. The superintendent Fernando is wonderful - very helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. The concierges (especially Tim, Tee, etc..) and all other staff have been there for many years mostly, fostering a family like feel to the building despite the flux of younger tenants.

I remember reading reviews about elevator troubles before moving in, and thinking they were likely out dated reviews. I was wrong. Shortly after moving in one of the two elevators went out of service. Something like 6 months have passed without any measurable progress. It’s still broken. They’ve also just closed the rooftop for facade work. It’s the start of Spring. If you’re thinking of moving here, I’d think twice. - - Update 2 months later: STILL BROKEN
