The front desk lady (a middle age black woman) was incredibly rude. I was just trying to pay my rent and ask question about move in and she had an attitude and very insipid demeanor. She has put a bad taste in my mouth with her behavior. She didn’t even know basic procedures in paying rent.

Probably one of the worst apartments I've lived at they have lawn people come at 7 am in the morning making noise throughout the whole building, then they have fire drills almost every 2 weeks at 9am, maintenance takes forever to do requests, and not to mention the garage never works so its always open. It’s probably the most inconvenient place I've lived at, DO NOT LIVE HERE

Unfortunate to write this because the area and complex itself is very pretty in my opinion, but I am a little displeased with my experience at 101 so far. I am entering my junior year at UTA and with the situation I was in, 101 Center was the best place to sign my lease with, but it’s insanely difficult to reach management. I live an hour away from Arlington, so having the option to ask questions about my apartment/lease in-person isn’t an option as for right now.
